When do you need a biodegradable serving plate?
This serving plate is ideal for all occasions where you want to serve in an environmentally friendly way without compromising on functionality. Use it for buffets, parties, business catering or at home whenever you need disposable tableware but want to make a sustainable choice.

Why this size?
With dimensions of 250 x 250 mm, this square plate offers enough room for main courses, salads or a generous portion of cake. The size is practical for standard portions and works well with other tableware items of the same size.

Sugarcane as a sustainable material
The plate is made from sugarcane (80% bio-based plastic), a natural by-product of the sugar industry. This material is sturdy enough for daily use and has less impact on the environment than traditional plastic tableware.

Practical features for easy use
You can clean this plate in the dishwasher without any problems if you want to use it more than once. It is also suitable for the microwave, which is handy if you want to reheat food. The combination of PE-HD and sugarcane ensures that the plate keeps its shape at different temperatures.
