What are binding combs and when do you use them?
Binding combs are plastic strips with rings that you use to bind documents professionally with a binding machine. You need them when you want to bundle thick reports, presentations or manuals that are consulted regularly and must be able to lie completely flat.

Why choose 51 mm combs?
These 51 mm combs are suitable for binding up to 450 sheets of paper. That makes them ideal for very thick documents such as extensive manuals, annual reports or large presentations. For thinner documents, smaller combs are more practical, but for substantial bundles these combs offer the capacity you need.

Lasting protection with UV coating
These combs have a UV-protective coating that prevents the black plastic from discolouring or becoming brittle due to sunlight. As a result, your bound documents retain their professional appearance even during long-term storage. The glossy finish contributes to a polished presentation.

Compatibility and a practical tip
These GBC CombBind combs have 21 rings with US pitch and are compatible with all common binding machines that work with this standard system. When binding, take care not to pull the combs too tight – there must be enough room left to turn pages easily. With 50 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for several large projects.
