What is a plastic comb binding and when do you need one?
Plastic comb bindings are designed to firmly bind punched documents into a professional booklet. You use them when you want to bind reports, presentations or manuals that are consulted regularly. The round shape with 21 rings ensures your documents open and turn smoothly.

Why choose 10 mm comb bindings?
These 10 mm comb bindings are suitable for documents of up to 65 sheets. This size is ideal for medium-sized reports, course materials or presentations that are substantial enough to be professionally bound, but not too thick for everyday use. The US spacing of the rings matches the most common punching systems.

Durability through UV protection
An important feature of these comb bindings is the built-in UV protection. As a result, they retain their white colour and glossy finish, even when you store bound documents for long periods under office lighting or in daylight. This prevents the yellowing or discolouration that often occurs with ordinary plastic comb bindings.

Practical compatibility
These GBC CombBind comb bindings work with all common binding machines that produce US punching. They are also compatible with older REXEL and ibico binding machines, which you can recognise by the alternative article numbers R45530 and IB390883. Make sure your binding machine produces 21-ring punching for an optimal fit of the documents.
