This set of gouache paint brings colour to any desk or classroom! With 12 bright colours in handy tubes you can get started straight away, and thanks to the fine quality, children aged 3 and up can happily mix and paint to their hearts' content.
When do you choose this product?
What is Giotto Gouachex12?
This gouache paint has been specially developed for children from 3 years of age and offers a safe introduction to working with paint. Gouache is an opaque watercolour that mixes easily and is ideal for creative projects on paper, card and canvas.
Why choose this 12-colour set?
With 12 aluminium tubes of 10 ml each, you get a complete colour palette with both primary colours (primary yellow, primary red, cyan) and mixed shades such as sienna and ultramarine blue. This variety allows children to start painting straight away without first having to mix colours, while also being able to experiment with colour combinations.
Advantages of aluminium tubes
The aluminium packaging keeps the gouache paint fresh for longer and prevents it from drying out better than plastic tubes. For small hands, the tubes are easy to handle and dispense, so children can work independently without help squeezing out the paint.
Practical tip for use
Gouache works best on paper or card with a smooth surface. Make sure you have water and brushes to hand, as gouache can be diluted for transparent effects or applied thickly for opaque layers. After use, brushes can easily be cleaned with water.
