When do you need gusset envelopes?
Gusset envelopes are the ideal choice when you need to ship thick documents, catalogues or small products that won't fit in a regular envelope. Thanks to their special construction with side gussets and a sturdy box bottom, these bags offer extra volume and stability for thicker contents.

Why gusset envelopes with side gussets and a box bottom?
The combination of 30 mm side gussets and a box bottom provides extra space and strength, perfect for books, brochures or small product packaging. This design gives the bags more capacity than flat envelopes, without the contents having to be pressed flat.

How does the self-adhesive system work?
These GPV bags have a self-adhesive closure with a silicone release strip, which means you don't need water or extra glue. Simply peel off the protective strip and press the flap down. The silicone system provides a reliable seal that won't open during transport, while still being easy for the recipient to open.

Practical considerations with 250 pieces
With 250 bags in one package, you have enough stock for regular shipments without needing a lot of storage space. The brown colour gives a professional appearance and is less prone to showing stains during transport than white variants.
