What are document pouches and when do you need them?
Document pouches are transparent protective sleeves that you stick onto parcels, boxes or envelopes to transport important documents safely and visibly. You need them when you want to include invoices, delivery notes, instructions or other paperwork with your shipment without the risk of them coming loose or being damaged during transport.

Why choose this A5 format of 162×229 mm?
This format has been specially developed for standard A5 documents and smaller A4 documents that you want to send folded. With 100 pieces in the pack, you have enough stock for regular shipments. The format offers enough space for most standard business documents without wasting unnecessary space.

Self-adhesive with clear marking
These pouches have a self-adhesive back, so you can easily attach them to any parcel without extra tape or glue. The pre-printed text 'DOCUMENTS CI-INCLUS' ensures that carriers and recipients can immediately see that important documents are enclosed in the pouch. The transparent polyethylene material, 25 micron thick, offers good protection against moisture and dirt.

Practical use and storage
Preferably stick the pouches onto a smooth, clean surface of your packaging for optimal adhesion. Store unused pouches in a dry place to prevent the adhesive layer from drying out. These pouches are ideal for webshops, wholesalers and other businesses that regularly ship parcels with accompanying documentation.
