When do you choose this product?
What are document envelopes and when do you need them?
Document envelopes protect important papers against moisture, dirt and damage during transport or storage. You need them when you want to attach documents to the outside of parcels, folders or boxes, so they remain visible and accessible without coming loose.
Why choose this 165×228 mm size?
This size is specially designed for A5 documents and, with internal dimensions of 159×222 mm, offers enough space for standard invoices, delivery notes and shipping labels. The compact format fits perfectly on medium-sized parcels without taking up unnecessary space.
Self-adhesive with clear marking
These envelopes have a self-adhesive back, so you can stick them directly onto any surface without extra glue or tape. The pre-printed text "DOCUMENTS CI-INCLUS" makes it immediately clear that important documents are enclosed, which prevents miscommunication during transport and handling.
Recyclable 35 g/m² material
The transparent cristal paper of 35 g/m² is light yet strong enough to protect documents. This material is fully recyclable, contributing to more sustainable office practices. With 100 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for regular use without needing a lot of storage space.
