When do you need DL envelopes with a window?
DL envelopes are the standard choice for business correspondence such as invoices, quotations and letters. The window on the right ensures that the recipient's address is automatically visible through the envelope, without you having to write the address by hand. This saves time and prevents address errors in large mailings.

Why choose this DL format?
With dimensions of 110 × 220 mm, these envelopes are a perfect fit for folded A4 documents. The DL format is the most widely used format in the Netherlands for business post and meets all postal requirements. The white colour gives your correspondence a professional appearance that suits any business image.

The right-hand window system
The 35 x 100 mm window is positioned on the right-hand side of the envelope, which matches most Dutch letter templates. With this window system, you only need to fold your letter correctly, and the address automatically appears in the right place. The adhesive strip with protective film provides a strong seal without the need for water or a moistening sponge.

Practical tip for use
Make sure your letter template is set to the Dutch DL window right format. The address field in your document should be located 20 mm from the top and 90 mm from the left edge of the paper. Always test one envelope first before sending a large mailing to check that the address appears correctly in the window.
