When do you need gusset envelopes?
Gusset envelopes are the ideal solution when you regularly need to send thick documents, catalogues or small objects. Thanks to the 30 mm side gussets and the sturdy base, these envelopes can hold more contents than ordinary envelopes, yet they still fit through the letterbox.

Why the 260 × 330 mm size is practical
This size is perfectly suited to A4 documents with a little extra room. You can easily send several sheets, thin booklets or small products without the contents being damaged. The dimensions ensure the envelope still falls within standard postal sizes.

Self-adhesive closure with silicone strip
The self-adhesive closure works with a protective silicone strip that you simply peel off before sealing the envelope. This system is more reliable than moistening and provides a strong, permanent seal. You don't need any additional glue or tape.

Wire-reinforced construction for extra strength
The wire reinforcement in these GPV gusset envelopes makes them considerably sturdier than standard paper envelopes. This is especially important when sending heavier contents or when the envelope undergoes a lot of handling during transport. With 250 pieces in the pack, you have enough stock for a long time, which is cost-effective for businesses that send mail regularly.
