What are gusset envelopes and when do you need them?
Gusset envelopes are special shipping mailers with a sturdy base and side gussets that expand when you fill them. You use them to send thick documents, catalogues, books or other items that won't fit in a regular envelope. Thanks to the gusset base, these bags can stand upright and take on the shape of the item you're sending.

Why choose this 260 × 330 mm size?
This size is ideal for A4 documents with extra room for thick reports, presentations or multiple documents at once. The 30 mm side gussets ensure you can also send thicker items such as magazines, brochures or small products with ease. The brown paper gives a professional, neutral look that suits business shipments.

Self-adhesive closure with silicone protection
These bags have a self-adhesive strip protected by a silicone strip. This means you don't need any extra tape or glue to seal the bag. The silicone protection prevents the adhesive strip from accidentally sticking together during storage and ensures the adhesive strength is maintained until you actually use the bag.

Practical stock tip for regular shippers
With 50 pieces in a pack, you have enough stock for regular shipments without needing too much storage space. Store the bags dry and flat to prevent deformation. You should factor in the weight of 120 grams per bag when calculating postage, especially when sending several shipments at once.
