This letterbox can be used both on the floor and on the wall, thanks to the stand feet and wall-mount option. With the replaceable A4 information sheet in the door, you clearly communicate what the box is for, and with 2 keys you stay in control of the contents.
When do you choose this product?
What does this letter box do for you?
This HAN letter box is designed for securely collecting documents, forms or other important papers in the office. Thanks to the lockable system with two keys, you prevent unauthorised persons from accessing the contents. The transparent front panel gives you an immediate view of how much post has been collected.
Why choose this mobile format?
With dimensions of 260 x 118 x 375 mm, this letter box fits perfectly in smaller office environments or at reception. The supplied stand feet allow you to place the box freestanding, while you can also mount it on the wall. This flexibility is ideal when you want to change the location regularly.
The interchangeable information sheet as an eye-catcher
What makes this letter box unique is the DIN A4 information sheet in the door, which you can easily replace. It clearly communicates what the letter box is intended for - think of "Complaint Forms", "Registrations" or "Internal Messages". The bright yellow letter slot immediately catches the eye and invites use.
Practical fitting and use
The polypropylene construction makes the letter box light enough for wall mounting, yet sturdy enough for daily use. The distinctive lock mechanism means this key will not fit other HAN letter boxes in your organisation, which increases security. Please note that when mounting on a wall, you should use suitable wall plugs that can bear the weight when the box is full.
