When do you choose this product?
When do you need a professional letter box?
The HAN IMAGE'IN letter box is ideal for offices, practices or businesses where you want to collect documents and messages securely. You use this letter box when you need a central place for incoming post, internal communication or visitor feedback, while at the same time sharing information via the DIN A4 information sheet in the transparent door.
Flexible set-up thanks to dual mounting option
This letter box gives you maximum flexibility, as you can use it freestanding with the supplied base feet or mount it permanently on the wall. With dimensions of 260×118×375 mm, it fits perfectly in reception areas, corridors or at the entrance without taking up much space. The polypropylene construction makes it suitable for heavy-duty use.
Security and communication in one product
The separate locking mechanism ensures that only you have access to the collected documents, while visitors can still read the information in the transparent door. You receive 2 keys upon delivery, which is handy for multiple users. The interchangeable DIN A4 information sheet in the door allows you to display current messages, instructions or opening hours.
Practical tip for optimal use
Place the information sheet in the door so that the text is clearly legible through the transparent front. For wall mounting, you will need suitable fixings that match your wall type. Check regularly that the lock works smoothly and keep the transparent door clean for optimal legibility of your information.
