What does a pen holder do and when do you need one?
A pen holder brings structure to your desk by neatly organising pens, pencils and other writing tools. You need this product when you regularly use different writing materials and want them within easy reach without them lying scattered across your workspace.

Why choose this 6-compartment system?
This HAN CAMPUS pen holder offers you 6 separate compartments: 5 tubular sections and 1 tray for small items. The compartments have different heights and diameters, so you can sort long pens and short pencils, but also paper clips, drawing pins or erasers. This makes it suitable for a wide range of office supplies.

Compact size for limited desk space
With dimensions of 131 x 154 x 137 mm, this pen holder takes up relatively little room on your desk. The compact design keeps your writing tools organised without taking up too much working space. The dark grey colour blends neutrally into most office environments.

Practical tip for optimal use
Place longer items such as pens and highlighters in the taller tubular compartments, and short pencils or markers in the lower ones. Use the separate tray for small office items such as paper clips, drawing pins or USB sticks. The glossy polystyrene surface can easily be kept clean with a damp cloth, so the pen holder keeps its neat appearance.
