What does this product do?
This HAN document holder is designed to store and organise documents up to C4 format in an accessible way. Use these classic holders when you want to arrange your paperwork vertically on your desk or in a cabinet, so you can see at a glance which documents are where.

Why this specific format is the right choice
The C4 format offers room for standard A4 documents as well as slightly larger formats such as brochures or folders. The dimensions of 255 x 348 x 65 mm ensure that your documents do not get jammed but still stand upright and stable. The wide grip cut-out makes it easy to take documents out without damaging them.

Stackable design for flexible storage
These document holders can be stacked either directly on top of each other or staggered, depending on your office layout. The polystyrene material with a high-gloss finish ensures durability and a professional appearance. The lemon yellow colour helps you create a colour-coded system.

Practical tip for optimal use
Each pack contains 10 pieces, so you can set up a complete organisation system straight away. There is space for a labelling clip (article 1021), with which you can clearly label each holder. This prevents you from mixing up your documents and saves search time.
