When do you need flat document trays?
These HAN Junior document trays are ideal for neatly storing documents up to DIN C4 format. Use them when you regularly need access to important papers but have little vertical space available. With a height of just 38 mm, they fit perfectly in drawers or on narrow shelves.

Why choose this compact format?
The extra flat design makes these trays uniquely suited to situations where standard document trays are too tall. With dimensions of 255 x 348 x 38 mm, you can stack them efficiently, either straight on top of each other or staggered for a stepped arrangement. This gives you flexibility in how you organise your workspace.

Practical access thanks to a smart design
The wide grip cut-out makes it easy to pick up your documents, even when the trays are stacked. The high-gloss polystyrene material not only gives a professional look, but is also easy to clean. The black colour gives a neutral, office-appropriate appearance.

Smart organisation with labelling option
Each tray has room for label clips, so you can clearly label each compartment. You receive 5 pieces in one pack directly, which is cost-effective if you want to organise several categories of documents. For optimal use, combine these trays with the matching HAN label clips (article number 1021) for a professional document organisation.
