When do you use a document tray?
A document tray such as this HAN KLASSIK is indispensable for organising paperwork on your desk or in your office. You use it to temporarily store documents, sort incoming post or create a manageable stack of documents that still need to be processed.

Why choose this stackable variant?
This document tray can be stacked both directly on top of each other and staggered, giving you flexibility in how you arrange your workspace. Its stackability saves desk space and allows you to keep several categories of documents separate. The wide finger grip recess makes it easy to pull the tray from a stack without knocking everything over.

Suitable for different paper sizes
This tray is designed for formats up to DIN C4, meaning that not only A4 documents but also larger envelopes and folders fit inside. This makes it more versatile than standard A4 document trays, which are only suitable for the most common paper size.

Practical organisation options
There is space for a labelling clip, so you can clearly label each tray. This is especially useful when you use several trays for different projects or departments. The high-gloss finish ensures the tray looks professional and is easy to keep clean.
