What does this product do?
HAN letter trays are essential for organising documents on your desk or in cupboards. Use them for sorting papers, storing incoming and outgoing post, or categorising project documents. This transparent variant in green-transparent gives you direct sight of the contents, so you can quickly find what you are looking for.

Why choose this format up to DIN C4?
These letter trays are suitable for formats up to DIN C4, which means that alongside standard A4 documents you can also store larger papers and C4 envelopes. The format of 255 x 348 x 65 mm offers enough space for thick stacks of documents without them falling out thanks to the wide grip recess.

Flexible stacking options
A major advantage of these HAN letter trays is that you can stack them either directly on top of each other or offset. This gives you flexibility in your office layout and ensures that you can still easily reach the contents of stacked trays. The wide grip recess at the front makes it easy to pick up documents without having to tip the stack over.

Practical organisation tip
Each letter tray has room for a labelling clip (HAN model 1021), so you can clearly indicate what belongs inside. The set of 6 pieces is ideal for setting up a complete sorting system, for example for different projects, departments or document types. The polystyrene material is sturdy enough for daily use and retains its transparency.
