Compact upright folder that keeps your A5 documents neatly upright, without messy piles on your desk. Thanks to the grid in the filling direction, the corners stay beautifully intact, and the label space on the spine makes finding things a breeze.
When do you choose this product?
What is a standing file?
A standing file such as the helit tower gate helps you archive documents vertically. Instead of ring binders lying flat, you place them upright on your desk or in a cabinet. This is handy for frequently consulted files that you want to be able to grab quickly.
Why choose A5 format?
The A5 format is compact and takes up little space at your workstation. With dimensions of 118 x 165 x 187 mm, this file fits perfectly on narrow shelves or in cramped office environments. A5 documents such as small notepads, recipe books or compact reports find their ideal storage place here.
Protection through a clever grid base
This helit file has a grid in the insertion direction that protects the corners of your documents. When you slide papers into the file, this grid system prevents the corners from tearing or folding. Your documents stay neat and retain their professional appearance, even after frequent use.
Practical labelling option
You can attach a label to the spine of the file to clearly mark the contents. This makes it much quicker to find specific documents, especially when you use several files side by side. The polystyrene material is sturdy enough for daily use and holds its shape well.
