When do you need envelopes?
Mailing envelopes are used for sending documents, contracts, brochures and other important papers that need to stay flat, in a professional manner. These C4 envelopes are suitable for A4 documents that you want to send without folding, which is essential for official papers or presentations.

Why choose C4 format without a window?
The C4 format offers sufficient space for A4 documents with a small margin, so your papers won't be damaged during dispatch. Because there is no window, you are flexible in how you address them and can write the address by hand or use labels, which is handy for different types of mailings.

Benefits of the peel-and-seal strip and grey inner print
These envelopes have a peel-and-seal strip (self-adhesive), so you can close them easily and securely without any extra materials. The grey inner print ensures that the contents are not visible from outside, which safeguards the privacy of your mailing. The paper weight of 90 g/m² offers a good balance between sturdiness and postage costs.

Practical considerations when using them
At a net weight of just 16.4 grams per envelope, you keep postage costs low, which is especially important for regular mailings. The pack of 10 pieces is ideal for smaller offices or occasional use. Make sure your documents are not thicker than what fits comfortably in the envelope, so that the peel-and-seal strip closes properly and the mailing looks professional.
