When do you need document pockets?
Document pockets protect important papers against dirt, moisture and damage during storage or transport. You mainly use them when you need to consult documents regularly but still want to protect them, such as for presentations, files or the archiving of contracts.

Why choose this A4 format?
These pockets are specifically designed for standard A4 documents and fit perfectly into ring binders, lever arch files and document folders. The A4 format means you can store common documents such as letters, contracts and reports without folding them.

Practical design with convenient access
The pockets are open at the side and top, so you can easily insert and remove your documents. The grip cutout provides extra grip, so you can easily pick the pockets out of a stack or binder without them slipping away.

Suitable for long-term storage
The transparent PP material is document-safe, meaning it does not release harmful substances that could damage your documents. This makes the pockets suitable for keeping important papers over longer periods. With 100 pieces in the pack, you have enough stock for larger projects or office environments where document protection is needed regularly.
