What are concise notes and when do you use them?
Concise notes are standardised forms for recording short, official messages and communications. You use this form book when you regularly need to make notes that require a professional appearance, such as internal communications, brief reports or standard announcements within your organisation.

Why choose the 1/3 landscape A4 format?
The compact format of 210×105 mm is exactly one third of an A4 sheet in landscape orientation. This makes the form book handy for concise communication where you don't need much space but still want a professional presentation. The format fits easily into folders and files alongside other A4 documents.

Practical layout with 50 sheets
The form book contains 50 sheets of wood-free paper that have been glued into a pad, meaning they are joined at the top for easy tearing off. There is no cover on the pad, so you can start writing straight away without wasting paper on a cover you would throw away.

Compatibility and use
This Herlitz form book is suitable for handwritten completion with pen or pencil. Thanks to the padded system, you can easily tear off a sheet once your note is complete. The wood-free paper ensures a neat writing experience and prevents ink from bleeding through to the sheets underneath.
