When do you need a receipt book?
A receipt form book is used when you need to write out receipts by hand for sales or services. This herlitz Quittung 402 form book is ideal for small business owners, market traders or service providers who need to give customers proof of payment on the spot.

Why choose DIN A6 format?
The DIN A6 format is compact and handy, so you can easily take it along in a bag or store it in a cash drawer. With 2 x 40 sheets, you get 40 numbered receipts to fill in, perfect for an average period of use without the book becoming too thick.

Self-copying system for bookkeeping
This form book works on a self-copying basis, which means you automatically get a carbon copy of every receipt you write out. The first sheet has a security print and is perforated, so you can easily tear it off. The copy stays in the book for your own records, which is useful for your accounts.

Practical details for everyday use
The book has a write-protection flap that prevents ink from bleeding through to other sheets while you write. Thanks to the perforation and holes, you can neatly tear off issued receipts and, if needed, file them away. Make sure you apply enough pressure when writing so that the self-copying function works properly and your copy remains legible.
