When do you choose this product?
What are structured document sleeves?
Structured document sleeves are transparent protective sleeves that keep your documents safe in folders and ring binders. You need them when you want to protect important papers from dirt, moisture and wear, while keeping them easy to read. These A4 sleeves are ideal for contracts, certificates, presentations or other documents you consult regularly.
Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format is perfectly suited to standard office use in the Netherlands and Belgium, as most documents are produced in this size. These sleeves are open at the top and side, so you can slide your documents in easily without folding or damaging them. The opening on both sides allows quick access to your papers.
PP film offers lasting protection
These sleeves are made of PP film with a thickness of 0.055 mm, which strikes a good balance between flexibility and sturdiness. The material is document-safe, meaning it does not release harmful substances that could damage your papers over time. This keeps important documents in optimal condition, even after long-term storage.
Practical tip for use in folders
The sleeves have a Eurolochung (European punching) that fits perfectly in standard folders and ring binders. Thanks to the reinforced punch holes, the holes will not tear out, even with intensive use. You receive 10 pieces in one pack, handy for fully setting up a folder straight away or topping up your stock.
