Handy receipt pads that simplify your record-keeping. Self-copying, so you have a copy straight away without any fuss, and the write-protect flap keeps the sheets beneath neatly in place.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A receipt book is used to write out handwritten receipts and proofs of payment for customers. You write the details once and automatically get a carbon-free copy for your own records. This is useful for small business owners, market traders or service providers who need to issue proof of payment on the spot.
Why this A6 format?
The A6 format is compact enough to take along in a bag or car, yet large enough for all the necessary information. This size fits easily in cash drawers or workspaces where space is limited. With 4 books in this pack, you have enough stock for an extended period.
Self-copying system without carbon paper
The self-copying system works through a special coating on the paper. The first sheet is white with security printing for the customer, and the second sheet is yellow with perforation and holes for your own archive. You don't need loose carbon paper, which prevents mess and smudges.
Practical usage tips
The schreibschutzklappe (write-protection flap) prevents you from accidentally writing through to the next receipt set. Always place it under the sheet you are writing on. The yellow archive copy can easily be torn off along the perforation and stored in a ring binder through the holes. Use a ballpoint pen with normal pressure for the best copy.
