When do you need a folder with compartments?
A 12-compartment folder is ideal when you want to keep different documents separate within one folder. This is perfect for projects with several categories, such as contracts, quotes, correspondence and invoices that you want to keep together but still separate.

Why choose this A4 size with 12 compartments?
With 12 compartments, you have enough room to organise your documents logically without the folder becoming too thick. The A4 size fits standard office paper perfectly and fits in any office filing cabinet. The red colour makes the folder easy to spot among other documents.

Sturdy cardboard construction for everyday use
This folder is made of 355 g/m² cardboard with black Manila card on the inside. This weight ensures the folder is sturdy enough for regular use, but not so heavy that it becomes awkward to handle. The black inside gives a professional look and prevents any stains from being noticed easily.

Practical organisation with tabs and elastic bands
The folder has viewing holes and tabs so you can quickly find the right compartment. The front cover features an organisation print numbered 1-12 and letters A-Z, so you can see at a glance which system you want to use. Two elastic bands keep the folder securely closed and prevent documents from falling out during transport.
