Practical delivery book that keeps your records perfectly in order. With carbon paper, you create an original and a copy in one go, conveniently perforated and pre-punched for quick processing.
When do you choose this product?
What is a delivery book and when do you need one?
A delivery book is essential for businesses that deliver goods and need to provide official proof of delivery. You use this form book to write out delivery notes, so that both you and the recipient immediately have a copy. The A5 format is handy when you're on the move or in the workshop.
Why choose this carbon copy system?
This Herlitz delivery book works with carbon paper (kohlepapier), so you create two copies in one go without separate copying. The first sheet is white for your own records, and the second sheet is pink and goes to the customer. With 2 x 50 sheets, you have 50 complete delivery notes at your disposal.
Practical benefits of the perforation and holes
The sheets are perforated, so you can tear off the delivery notes neatly without ragged edges. They are also pre-punched, so you can store the notes straight away in a ring binder or lever arch file. The wood-free paper gives your business documents a neat appearance.
Useful for administration and archiving
The colour difference between white and pink makes it easy to keep track of which copy is intended for whom. The holes in the paper allow you to store completed delivery notes in an organised way. This delivery book is ideal if you regularly need to write out delivery notes on site and want to leave a copy with the recipient straight away.
