Practical delivery receipt book with a self-copying function - write once and you have a copy straight away. With 2 x 40 sheets, you have a long supply for all your deliveries.
When do you choose this product?
What does this delivery receipt book do?
Use this delivery receipt book to officially document deliveries when you deliver goods to customers. The form serves as proof that the delivery took place and of exactly what was delivered. You fill in one form per delivery and automatically keep a copy for your own records.
Why is this format practical?
The compact format easily fits in your work bag or glovebox, making it ideal for suppliers on the move. You can easily take the book along to various delivery addresses without it taking up much space. The format is large enough to neatly record all the necessary delivery details.
How does the self-copying system work?
Thanks to the self-copying feature, you automatically get two copies with each entry: a white sheet for the customer and a yellow sheet for your own archive. You don't need carbon paper - anything you write on the white sheet appears directly on the yellow copy. The write-protect flap prevents you from accidentally writing through to multiple forms.
Practical details for everyday use
The book contains 2 x 40 sheets, which is sufficient for a longer period. The perforation lets you neatly tear off the completed forms, while the punched holes are handy if you want to store the book in a ring binder. The wood-free paper is sturdy enough for professional use.
