Crystal-clear protective covers that keep your important documents neat and safe. With reinforced punched edge and open top, ideal for organising contracts and presentations.
When do you choose this product?
What do document sleeves do and when do you need them?
Document sleeves protect your documents against dirt, moisture and wear while they are kept in ring binders or lever arch files. You use them when you regularly need to consult important papers such as contracts, certificates or presentations, but still want to store them safely.
Why choose A5 format?
The A5 format is ideal for smaller documents, leaflets and compact presentations that you want to file in an A5 ring binder. This size ensures your documents fit precisely without creasing or slipping around inside the sleeve.
Crystal-clear PP film for optimal legibility
The crystal-clear PP (polypropylene) film ensures your text and images remain perfectly visible, without haze or distortion. PP film is document-safe, meaning it does not release harmful substances that could damage your papers over time.
Practical details for everyday use
These sleeves have a Euro punching (11-hole perforation), so they fit in virtually any ring binder used in the Netherlands. The reinforced punched edge prevents the holes from tearing under heavy use. The sleeves are open at the top, so you can easily slide your documents in and out. With 25 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for a complete lever arch file or several smaller projects.
