Handy quick-clip folder that keeps your documents clearly organised. The crystal-clear front shows the contents straight away, and the reinforced spine ensures long-lasting use.
When do you choose this product?
What is a quick-hold folder?
A quick-hold folder is used to organise loose papers quickly and safely without punching holes in them. The clip mechanism keeps documents in place, while you can easily add or remove them. This is ideal for temporary storage of contracts, reports or project documents that you need to consult regularly.
Why choose this A4 PP plastic model?
This quick-hold folder from herlitz is made of PP plastic, making it resistant to daily use in the office. The A4 format fits standard document sizes, and the orange colour helps you quickly identify specific projects or categories in your filing system.
Practical benefits of the transparent front cover
The crystal-clear front ensures you can see at a glance which documents are inside, without having to open the folder. The label strip allows you to clearly mark the contents. This saves time when searching for specific documents in a collection of folders.
Easy access thanks to clever design
The side cut-out makes it easy to pick the folder out of a stack or archive box. The white coated clip provides a firm grip on your documents without damaging them. The reinforced spine flap adds extra durability, especially when the folder is full of paperwork.
