When do you need a quick-file folder?
A quick-file folder is used to organise loose documents quickly and neatly without punching holes in them. You simply slide papers under the metal clip strip and have immediate access to your documents. This is ideal for temporary storage of contracts, quotations, invoices or project documents that you need to consult regularly.

Why choose A4 format in manila card?
The A4 format fits all your standard office paper and documents. Manila card is sturdier than ordinary cardboard and holds its shape better, even under heavy use. The 240 g/m² weight ensures the folder won't tear or warp when you fill it to capacity with documents.

What do commercial and government binding mean?
This quick-file folder offers two binding options: commercial binding and government binding. This allows you to fasten documents in different ways, depending on how you want to archive them. The metal clip strip holds your papers firmly in place without damaging them.

Practical usage tip
The labelling lines on the front make it easy to neatly label the contents with a pen or marker. This way you can see at a glance what is in each folder. Thanks to its bold red colour, this folder stands out among other documents, which is handy for urgent or important matters that need to be found quickly.
