What is a clip folder and when do you need one?
A clip folder organises loose A4 documents without punching holes in them. You use it when you want to temporarily bundle papers for presentations, project files or administration you need to consult regularly. The difference from a ring binder is that a clip folder is more compact and documents are easier to add or remove.

Why choose this PP film format?
This model is made of PP film (polypropylene), which makes it more durable than cardboard clip folders. The A4 format fits standard office paper, and the construction holds documents firmly in place so they cannot fall out. PP film is also resistant to moisture and dirt, so your documents stay better protected.

Practical benefit of the transparent front cover
The transparent front cover lets you see at a glance which documents are inside without having to open the clip folder. This saves time when searching for specific files. You can also use the first document as an identifier, as it remains visible through the transparent cover.

Identification with the labelling strip
The labelling strip (label strip) on the front gives you the option to clearly label the contents. This is especially useful when you use several clip folders for different projects or when you store them in a cupboard or drawer. The yellow colour makes this copy easy to spot among other office supplies.
