This transparent clip folder keeps your documents organised and clearly visible. The robust metal clip holds up to 80 sheets firmly, and with the hanging loop, you can store it conveniently.
When do you choose this product?
What is a clip folder, and when do you need one?
A clip folder is ideal for quickly and temporarily bundling loose documents without punching holes in them. You use one when you want to organise papers that you need to consult or add to regularly, such as reports, quotes or working documents that are not yet final.
Why choose this A4 transparent version?
The transparent polystyrene material lets you see the contents straight away without opening the folder. This saves time when searching for specific documents. The A4 size fits standard Dutch office paper and easily fits in filing cabinets or on your desk.
Capacity and grip of the clip mechanism
This clip folder holds approximately 80 sheets of paper thanks to the sturdy metal clip with a nickel-plated finish. The metal clip provides a firm grip on your documents, so loose papers won't shift or fall out of the folder during transport or storage.
Practical storage and organisation
The clip folder has a hanging eyelet, allowing you to hang it on hooks or in suspension files. This makes vertical storage possible, which saves space and helps you organise your documents better. You can also store the folder flat in a drawer if that suits you better.
