This transparent document folder keeps your A4 papers safely together thanks to the handy press-stud fastening. Ideal for school, office or on the move - tidy and practical to use.
When do you choose this product?
What does this document folder do?
This HERMA document folder keeps your A4 documents neatly together and protects them from dirt and moisture. The transparent front means you can see straight away which papers are inside, without having to open the folder. Perfect for organising important documents at school, university or the office.
Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 330 x 230 mm, this folder offers exactly enough room for standard A4 paper without unnecessary bulk. It is big enough to hold several sheets at once, yet compact enough to slip easily into your bag or rucksack. The purple colour makes the folder easy to spot among other office supplies.
Reliable press-stud closure
The press-stud closure keeps your documents safely in place, even if you turn the folder upside down or shake it. This closure does not open accidentally like elastic bands or hook-and-loop fasteners, so your papers cannot fall out or get damaged. The press stud works quickly and intuitively, ideal for frequently used documents.
Practical tip for everyday use
Use this folder to temporarily store documents you need regularly, such as handouts, assignments or contracts. Thanks to the transparent front, you can place several folders side by side and still quickly find the right one. Avoid storing too many papers at once so you don't overload the press-stud closure.
