When do you need folder spine labels?
Folder spine labels are indispensable for keeping your archive well organised. You use these labels to clearly mark ring binders, lever arch files and folders, so you can quickly find your documents. These HERMA labels are specially designed for folder spines and give your office administration a professional look.

Why choose this wide, short format?
The 192 × 61 mm format is wide and short, which fits perfectly on the spine of standard lever arch files and ring binders. These dimensions offer enough space for longer text or several lines of information, without the label becoming too tall. The rounded corners prevent the labels from curling at the edges and ensure a neat finish.

Advantage of the opaque design
These labels are opaque, which means any underlying text or colours are completely covered. This is especially useful when you want to cover old labels or when the folder spine already has printing on it. The permanent adhesive ensures the labels stay firmly in place, even with frequent use of the files.

Compatibility and practical use
You can use these labels with inkjet printers, laser printers and copiers, offering a lot of flexibility. The 100 labels are spread across 25 A4 sheets, so you can print efficiently. For the best results, you can use template L4761-25 in word processing programmes, which ensures perfect alignment and professional results.
