When do you need spine labels for lever arch files?
Spine labels for lever arch files are essential for keeping your archive well organised. You use them to clearly label ring binders, lever arch files and folders, so you can find your documents quickly. These HERMA labels are specially designed for lever arch file spines and offer a professional way to structure your paperwork.

Why choose this wide, short format?
These labels measure 192×61 mm, which makes them suitable for wide spines where you want the text to stay short but still easy to read. The wide format gives you enough room for clear text, while the short height ensures the label doesn't take up too much of the spine. The rounded corners prevent the labels from curling or coming loose.

Permanently adhesive quality with a professional look
The permanent adhesive ensures your labels won't come loose once applied. The yellow colour stands out among other files and makes categorisation easy. The labels are opaque, so any underlying text or colours are fully covered. The border around the label gives a neat, professional appearance.

Compatibility and practical use
You can use these labels with inkjet printers, laser printers and photocopiers, offering maximum flexibility. The pack contains 80 labels spread over 20 A4 sheets, with 4 labels per sheet. For best results, use the template name L4769-20 in your word processor or label design software.
