When do you need confidential labels?
Confidential labels are used to mark documents, folders and correspondence that are not intended for everyone. You stick them on envelopes, files or other company documents to clearly indicate that the contents are confidential and may only be viewed by authorised persons.

Why choose the 12 × 40 mm size?
This compact size is ideal for various applications without taking up too much space. The labels are large enough to be clearly visible, yet small enough to fit neatly on envelopes, document corners or narrow margins without disrupting the layout.

Eye-catching purple colour with white print
The purple background ensures these labels stand out immediately among other documents. The white print contrasts clearly with the purple base, so the word "vertrouwelijk" remains easy to read. This colour combination helps you quickly recognise confidential documents and distinguish them from ordinary correspondence.

Practical stock for office use
With 320 labels in one pack, you have enough stock for long-term use. This quantity is handy for offices that regularly work with confidential documents, such as accountancy firms, law practices or HR departments. You don't need to order new stock often and always have labels to hand when you need them.
