What are document pockets and when do you need them?
Document pockets protect important papers against wear, stains and damage. You use them when you regularly consult documents but still want to keep them in perfect condition, such as manuals, instructions or reference material that needs to remain usable for a long time.

Why choose the A5 format?
A5 document pockets are ideal for smaller documents such as notepads, small manuals or folded A4 sheets. This compact format fits perfectly in smaller ring binders and takes up less space on your desk or in filing cabinets than the standard A4 variant.

Sturdy protection with practical functionality
These HERMA pockets are sturdy and high-quality, which means they withstand regular use without tearing or deforming. The main advantage is the integrated labelling strip, allowing you to clearly mark the contents without having to buy extra labels.

Practical tip for optimal use
The turquoise colour makes it easy to distinguish these pockets from transparent variants in your filing system. Use the labelling strip provided to mark the contents before placing the documents inside. This way you avoid having to open the pockets later to check what's inside, and you keep your documents optimally protected.
