When do you need a document box?
A document box is used to keep loose papers, brochures or thin folders neatly together. With its A4 format, this HERMA box is ideal for organising office papers, school work or important documents that you need regularly but do not want to punch for a ring binder.

Why choose an 85 mm width?
With a width of 85 mm, this box offers room for a considerable stack of documents without taking up too much space on your desk or in the cupboard. The cardboard material keeps the cost low while still providing enough sturdiness for daily use.

Practical advantages of this cardboard design
The stable cardboard ensures the box keeps its shape, even with regular use. The wipeable outer surface is handy when you want to replace labels or wipe off any stains. The material is light enough to move easily, yet sturdy enough to stand upright.

Handy carrying and storage system
The integrated grip hole makes the box easy to carry - you simply lift it without papers slipping out. The dimensions of 275 x 315 mm (depth x height) fit standard office shelving and bookcases perfectly, so you can place several boxes neatly side by side for an organised filing system.
