What is an elastic folder and when do you need one?
An elastic folder is the ideal solution for temporarily storing and transporting loose documents. Use this folder when you want to keep A4 sheets organised without punching holes for a ring binder. The elastic corner tensioners ensure that your documents stay securely enclosed, even during transport.

Why choose this transparent format?
This HERMA elastic folder has a transparent finish in dark blue, so you can see the contents at a glance without opening the folder. The A4 format, measuring 244 x 320 mm, provides space for standard A4 documents. The thickness of 4 mm means you can store a substantial stack of paper without the folder bulging.

Three inside flaps for extra organisation
What makes this elastic folder special are the 3 inside flaps, which offer additional organisational options. They allow you to separate different documents within one folder, for example contracts, quotes and correspondence. The flaps also prevent smaller sheets from disappearing between other documents.

Practical tip for optimal use
The corner elastics hold your documents firmly in place, but be careful not to overfill the folder. Due to the elastic tension, overstuffed folders can tear at the corners. Store the folder upright in a document drawer, or carry it flat in a bag, for the best results.
