What is an elastic folder and when do you need one?
An elastic folder is the ideal solution for organising and transporting loose documents without punching holes in them. You use one when you want to temporarily store papers, take them along to meetings, or sort documents that will later end up in other folders. The elastic folder keeps everything neatly together without making permanent holes in your documents.

Why choose this A4 format with 3 inner flaps?
Thanks to its 3 inner flaps, this HERMA model offers extra organisational options within a single folder. You can keep different types of documents separate – for example, quotations in one compartment and correspondence in another. The A4 format fits standard office paper perfectly, and the dimensions of 244 x 320 mm ensure your documents are fully protected.

PP plastic for durable use
The elastic folder is made of PP plastic, which means it withstands daily use and does not tear or deform easily. The material is water-resistant, so your documents stay protected in damp conditions. The elastic closure bands keep the folder securely shut, even when it is full of papers.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
At a thickness of just 4 mm, this elastic folder takes up little space in your bag or on your desk. Avoid overfilling the folder so you don't overstretch the elastic bands and extend their lifespan. For optimal organisation, you can use elastic folders in different colours for each project or department.
