When do you need an elastic folder?
An elastic folder is used to keep loose documents organised together without having to punch holes. This HERMA elastic folder is ideal for storing A4 documents that you consult regularly or want to transport, such as project documents, contracts or research material.

Why choose the model with 3 flaps?
The three flaps ensure that your documents are protected on all sides and cannot fall out. This makes this elastic folder particularly suitable when you have many loose sheets or take the folder with you regularly. The flaps hold everything firmly in place, even if the folder is held upside down.

How much can you fit in it?
With a thickness of 4 mm, this folder offers space for a considerable stack of documents without becoming too thick to handle comfortably. The elastic bands in the corners ensure that the folder stays securely closed, no matter how much you put in it.

Practical organisation with a contents overview
A useful feature is the printed contents overview on the inside. This allows you to keep track of exactly what you have stored in the folder, which is especially helpful if you manage multiple projects or subjects. This prevents you from losing documents or having to search for specific papers for a long time.
