When do you need an A3 elastic folder?
An elastic folder is used to keep loose documents neatly together without punching holes in them. This HERMA model is specially designed for A3-size documents such as technical drawings, posters, large spreadsheets or presentations that you don't want to fold.

Why choose the 3-flap model?
This elastic folder has 3 inner flaps instead of the standard single flap. This allows you to categorise and sort your documents better within one folder. The flaps prevent loose papers from getting mixed up or slipping out of the folder during transport.

Advantages of the transparent design
The transparent material means you can see the contents straight away without opening the folder. You quickly recognise which documents are inside and don't need to open several folders to find the right document.

Practical storage tips for optimal use
Store the elastic folder upright in a ring binder or document drawer to prevent creasing. The elastic corner bands hold everything firmly in place, but make sure you don't overfill the folder so the elastics don't stretch out. For the best durability, you can divide related documents across the flaps, for example drafts, final versions and attachments.
