When do you use an elastic folder with inner flaps?
An elastic folder is ideal when you want to keep loose A4 documents organised without punching holes in them. This HERMA elastic folder is specially designed as a collection folder for drawings and other documents that you want to be able to view or rearrange regularly.

Why choose 3 inner flaps?
The 3 printed inner flaps give you extra sorting options within a single folder. You can keep different categories of documents separate, for example by compartment, by project or by period. This prevents loose papers from getting mixed up and makes it much quicker to find specific documents.

Secure closure with corner elastics
The corner elastic bands keep your documents safely in the folder, even when you transport the folder or put it in your bag. This elastic closure system keeps everything in place without papers slipping out or getting damaged.

Practical organisation with name field
The index with a name field on the inside cover is handy for labelling the folder's contents. You can write down directly what is in the folder, so you can quickly pick the right folder from a stack. Measuring 210 x 297 mm, this folder fits A4-size documents perfectly.
