What are cardboard folders and when do you use them?
Cardboard folders protect loose documents and keep your paperwork neatly organised. You use them when you want to store documents without punching holes in them, or as temporary storage before filing them in a ring binder. They are ideal for project files, client folders or sorting administration.

Why choose A4 size in violet?
The A4 format fits standard Dutch documents perfectly and fits in any office drawer or filing cabinet. The violet colour helps you create a logical filing system: you can assign different colours to different categories or departments. This way you find the right documents quickly without having to flick through all the folders.

Sturdy construction for optimal protection
These HERMA folders are made of thick cardboard that effectively protects your documents against creasing and tearing. The sturdy material ensures the folder keeps its shape, even with frequent use. The construction offers the optimal protection you need to keep important papers in good condition.

Practical label for clear overview
Each folder comes with a labelling sticker so you can see at a glance what is inside. This prevents you from having to open folders to check the contents and saves time when searching. Write the contents clearly on the label and replace it when needed to reuse the folder.
