When do you need cardboard folders?
Cardboard folders protect important documents, reports and presentations from damage and wear. You use them when you want to bundle papers and at the same time maintain a professional appearance. These folders are ideal for archiving project documents, presenting quotes to clients or organising important business papers.

Why choose A4 size in dark blue?
The A4 format is perfectly suited to the most commonly used document size in office environments. The dark blue colour gives a business-like and professional appearance that is suitable for both internal documentation and external presentations. This neutral colour choice doesn't stand out and suits almost any corporate identity.

Stable protection with overview
These cardboard folders are sturdily made and offer optimal protection for your documents. The integrated labelling tab ensures you can see at a glance what each folder contains. This way you stay organised and quickly find the right documents, even when you use multiple folders.

Practical tip for use
Always write clearly on the labelling tab what the contents are and add a date if necessary. This prevents confusion and makes filing much more efficient. The sturdy quality of these folders means your documents also stay well protected during long-term storage.
