What are cardboard folders and when do you need them?

Cardboard folders protect your documents, reports and presentations against wear and creasing. You use them when you need to store or transport important paperwork, or when you want to give your documents a professional look for clients or colleagues.

Why choose this A4 format in orange?

The A4 format fits standard documents and reports that you use every day. The eye-catching orange colour helps you quickly find specific documents in your archive or among other paperwork. This makes it ideal for categorising different projects or subjects.

Sturdy protection for optimal document safety

These HERMA folders are made from robust, high-quality material, ensuring optimal protection for your documents. The card is thick enough to prevent your paperwork from being damaged, yet flexible enough for daily use. The sturdy construction means your folders will last a long time, even with regular use.

Practical tip: use the labelling sticker

Each folder comes with a labelling sticker on which you can note the contents. Clearly write the project name, date or subject on the sticker so you can always identify your documents easily. The sticker keeps your handwriting neat, so you don't need to write directly on the cardboard.
