What are cardboard folders and when do you use them?
Cardboard folders protect important documents, reports and written work from damage. You use them when you want to present A4 documents professionally or store them for a long time without the corners creasing or the pages tearing.

Why choose the A4 format in dark green?
The A4 format is perfectly suited to standard Dutch documents, reports and presentations. The dark green colour gives a professional, business-like appearance and stands out among other documents. This makes it ideal for important contracts, quotes or presentations you want to make stand out.

Sturdy protection with a practical label
These HERMA folders are sturdily made and offer optimal protection for your binders and documents. The included labelling sticker lets you recognise the contents at a glance without opening the folder. This saves time when searching for specific documents.

Practical tip for optimal use
Always place the labelling sticker in the same position on your folders for a uniform look in your filing system. Write the document name and date clearly on the label so you can quickly find what you're looking for later. The sturdy cardboard construction also keeps its shape with intensive use.
