What are document sleeves and when do you need them?
Document sleeves protect your papers against dirt, moisture and wear while they are stored in ring binders, lever arch files or archive boxes. Use them when you want to keep important papers for the long term, or when documents are consulted regularly and therefore need extra protection.

Why choose the A4 size in transparent?
The A4 size fits standard Dutch documents such as contracts, reports and certificates perfectly. The transparent material ensures you can read the contents clearly, while your documents remain easily visible in your filing system. This makes sorting and finding specific documents much easier.

Advantages of polypropylene (PP) material
The PP material these sleeves are made from offers a good balance between flexibility and durability. The material does not tear easily and keeps its shape, even with regular use. Polypropylene is also resistant to most office environments and retains its transparency over a longer period.

Practical packaging for office use
These HERMA document sleeves are supplied in sets of 25 pieces, which is ideal for smaller projects or for gradually building up your stock. You can use OEM number 7494 when reordering to be sure you receive exactly the same product. Store any remaining sleeves in a dry place to prevent shrinking or distortion.
