What are these price tags for and when do you need them?

HERMA price tags are hanging tags you use to provide articles with a price or product description. They are intended for price and merchandise marking, for example in a shop, at a market or during a sales promotion. Because they hang on a product as a separate tag, they are easy to attach without having to write on or stick anything onto the item itself.

Why this size is the right choice

Measuring 18 × 28 mm, these tags are compact enough to hang unobtrusively on smaller items, yet still roomy enough to write a price or short text legibly. The format is therefore well suited to jewellery, accessories, gift items or small shop goods. The white colour gives a neutral look that suits almost any product.

Made from card

The tags are made of card, which makes them sturdy enough to be written on with a pen or stamp. Card has a certain firmness of its own, so the tag keeps its shape even when hanging from an article. This makes them suitable for use in a physical shop environment where the tags are handled regularly.

Practical tip: red string included

Each tag is supplied with a red string, so you can attach it directly to a product without needing any extra material. The pack contains 1,000 pieces, which makes it a suitable choice if you regularly need to label larger quantities of items with a price tag. Preferably store the tags in a dry, flat place to prevent the card from warping before use.
