When do you choose this product?
When should you choose QR code labels?
QR code labels are indispensable when you want to share digital information quickly via a scannable code. You use them for product labelling, inventory management, event registration or linking physical items to online content. These HERMA labels are specially designed for QR codes thanks to their perfect square shape and white background, which guarantee optimal scannability.
Why the 40×40 mm size is ideal
The 40×40 mm size offers the perfect balance between compactness and legibility. This dimension is large enough to reliably print complex QR codes containing a lot of data, while still being suitable for smaller products or limited label space. You get 600 pieces spread across 25 A4 sheets, ensuring efficient material use.
Universal printer compatibility for professional results
These labels are suitable for inkjet printers, laser printers and copiers, offering maximum flexibility whatever your office equipment. The white colour provides the highest contrast with black QR codes, which is essential for reliable scanning. With 600 pieces across 25 A4 sheets, you have ample stock for larger projects.
Practical tip for use
Before printing, check that your QR code generator is compatible with this format. Always test a few codes after printing to make sure they scan properly with different devices. Store unused sheets in a dry environment to keep the adhesive at its best.
